ताज़ा नीबू पोदीना शरबत – Lemon and Mint Juice Recipe

Pav Bhaji Recipe
For Bhaji :

  1. 2 medium sized potatoes
  2. 1 large carrot
  3. 1 medium sized cauliflower
  4. 2 medium sized bell pepper
  5. Half a bowl peas
  6. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoon of dhaniya powder
  8. 2-3 tablespoon of pav bhaji masala
  9. 1 tablespoon of garam masala
  10. 1 tablespoon of jeera powder
  11. 2 tablespoon of kashmiri lal mirch
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 3/4th cup of butter
  14. Oil as per requirement

For Pav :

  1. 4 pav buns
  2. 3/4th cup of Butter

Detailed Process :
For Bhaji :

  1. Boil potato, carrot, peas and cauliflower into the pressure cooker. And add boil it for at least 7-8 whistles
  2. Take it out in a plate, cool it completely and smash it with a paw bhaji smasher
  3. Heat the pan with butter and a little oil
  4. Now, add bell papers and fry it lightly
  5. Add all the smashed vegetables and fry them lightly
  6. Smash them using the paw bhaji smasher
  7. Add all the dry masala – paw bhaji masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, kashmiri lal mirch and salt as per taste
  8. Mix all these together and let them fry completely
  9. Now, add a little water and bring the bhaji to a boil
  10. If you feel the bhaji is too thick then you can add more water
  11. Top the bhaji with coriander leaves
  12. Add the lemon juice and give it a final stir and keep it aside

For paw :

  1. Heat the pan with butter
  2. Add the paws once the butter starts to melt
  3. Turn the paws upside down and fry it lightly at both the sides till both the sides turn light brown

And now your pav bhaji is ready to be served.
