राजमा मसाला

राजमा 200 ग्राम
मैगी भूना मसाला 1 पैकेट
पानी 6 कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर ½ चमच
हल्दी पाउडर 1 चमच
बारिक कटा धनिया पत्ता
नमक स्वाद अनुसार
बनाने की विधि

  1. राजमा को पानी मे 5-6 घन्टे के लिए भिगो दे ।
  2. फिर राजमा को साफ पानी से धोकर कुकर मे उबाले ।
  3. एक कडाई मे मैगी भूना मसाला , नमक , लाल मिर्च पाउडर हल्दी पाउडर डालें और 1 मिनट तक पकाए ।
  4. फिर उसमें उबले हुए राजमा पानी सहित डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाए ।
  5. उबाल आने पर 10 मिनट तक पकाए ।
  6. धनिया पत्ती से सजा कर गर्म गर्म सर्व करे ।
